Relocate

Five tools, and the only door where every single tool already works. Somebody moving to South Florida asks three things: what does it actually cost me, where should I land, and is this a good moment - and unlike everyone else pitching them, we can answer with numbers.

1

What does it cost me

The reason most people are on this page at all, and the number they have been given wrong by everyone else.

What the move actually costs

What it costs, what you save against where you are now, and the concierge who handles the rest.

  • Relocation Planner + Concierge

Should borrow the four tax calculators from Invest. The tax saving IS the reason for the move and it is currently on another door.

2

Where should I land

Somebody who does not know the area cannot use a listing search. They need the map before the homes.

Where to land

Median prices, rents, what is actually selling, and a monthly report you can read before you ever get on a plane.

On that page you can
  • Market Pulse + report archive

Links across to the five area pages under Listings rather than repeating them. Check that reads as helpful and not as a dead end.

3

Is this a good moment

Nobody else moving them can answer this, and we can.

Is this a good moment

Who is actually moving here, from which counties and with what income - plus six forward-looking signals by county.

/relocate/good-moment
On that page you can
  • Who Is Moving In
  • Neighborhood Forecast

Who Is Moving In is open to everyone and is the most press-friendly thing we own. It belongs above the fold on the door, not here.

4

Moving a team

A different customer with a different budget, currently sharing a page with families.

Relocating employees

Furnished thirty to ninety day stays, and a relocation partner for HR rather than a one-off transaction.

/relocate/for-employers
On that page you can
  • Corporate housing / For employers

Worth deciding whether this is a page here or its own door. It is the only recurring-revenue thing on this side of the site.

What is wrong with this section right now.

Written down rather than discovered later.

This is the door we could build today

All five tools work. Two are already served from this site. Nothing here is waiting on the copy queue, which makes it the cheapest finished door on the board and a good one to put in front of the partner and the investors.

Who Is Moving In is the best story on the site and nobody sees it

Real IRS county-to-county migration - who is actually moving here, from where, and with how much income. It is open to everyone, it is the kind of thing press picks up, and today it is one card on a door nobody visits.

Relocation splits into two very different customers

A family moving themselves, and an HR department moving staff. Same door today. The corporate side wants furnished 30-90 day stays and a partner agreement; the family wants schools and a look-see trip. One page cannot speak to both.

The tax angle is missing from this door entirely

The single biggest reason people move to Florida is the tax bill, and the four tax calculators live under Invest where a relocating family will never find them.
