Agents

The only door not selling to a customer. It is a recruiting pitch: here is what you get if you hang your licence with us. An agent asks two things — prove you are better than where I am now, and show me the tools I would get on day one. The answer to the second one has a condition on it: the tools are free, and they are not public. An agent signs with us exclusively, on an agreed split, and then the wall opens — and stays open as long as they are producing.

Prove you are better

An agent being recruited has heard every pitch. This is the only one that opens with their own numbers.

Look yourself up

Type your name and see the track record we already hold on you - then see where you rank against everyone in the three counties, on real closed sales.

Strongest opening on the site: it is about them before it is about us, and they can check it.

2

The tools I would get

The actual offer. Most of it is behind the wall, so this page has to show rather than open.

What you get on day one

Owners the record says have a reason to sell, any name searched across three counties, what is really recorded against a property, and the market scoreboard.

/agents/what-you-get
On that page you can
  • Seller Leads / Motivated Sellers
  • Owner Search
  • Lien Check
  • Brainiac's Corner
Clients only

Four tools, three of them agent-only. Needs real screenshots and real counts, or it is just a list of names a recruit cannot verify.

3

What the deal actually is

Nobody gets the tools by browsing. An agent signs first — exclusive to us, on an agreed commission split — and then the wall opens. This is the page that says so in plain words, before anybody feels tricked.

What you get, and what we expect back

We build the tools. You do not pay for them — not a licence, not a seat, not a monthly. What we want instead is production. Sign with us exclusively, agree the split, and everything behind the wall switches on.

How you keep it

Hit the number and access starts immediately — not next quarter, not at renewal. It then runs for the rest of that calendar year plus the whole of the next one. Hit it in February and you are covered for that year and all of the year after it. Go a full calendar year without hitting it and you lose the tools for the following year.

Ask us to build you something

The part no other brokerage can offer: if a tool would win you business and it does not exist, say so and it gets built. Not a feature request into a queue — a conversation with the person who writes it.

On that page you can

The threshold is the one number missing here and it is yours to set — volume, closed sides, or gross commission. Until it is written down, ‘hit the number’ is not an offer, it is a conversation. Two more calls to make: does a brand-new agent get a runway year before the clock starts, and does a team hit the number together or one licence at a time.

4

The daily work

What using the system actually feels like on a Tuesday.

How the day runs

Press call and your phone rings first; add a client and they get their own daily deal blast; the team votes deals good or bad and nothing is ever deleted.

On that page you can
  • Auto-Dialer
  • Deal Desk
  • Team Review
  • Fell-off-and-came-back
  • Agent Cave

Agent Cave has no file anywhere. Either build it or take it off the list before this page promises it.

5

The fine print

Last on the page on purpose. It is not the pitch — but it is not hidden either, because the whole arrangement falls apart if somebody signs without having read it.

Who owns the tools

Every tool on this site, and anything built later at an agent’s request, belongs to Let AI Build It LLC. Asking for it does not make it yours. Using it does not make it yours. You get to use it, in full, for as long as you are producing with us — and that is the whole of what you get.

Before you tell us your idea

There are 84 tools in production right now. The odds that an idea overlaps something already half-built are high, and we are not going to let that turn into an argument about whose idea it was. If assigning it does not sit right with you, do not tell us the idea — no hard feelings, and nothing changes about the tools you already have.

How The Neuman Group fits

The brokerage does not own the technology either. It holds a free licence for as long as that licence is granted, and it can be withdrawn. Written down here so nobody assumes the tools come with the brand.

This is contract language sitting on a marketing page and the two have to say the same thing. An exclusivity clause, a commission arrangement and an assignment of intellectual property are a signed agreement, not web copy — the page should summarise the agreement and link to it, never replace it. Have the real one read by somebody qualified before an agent signs anything.

Read this before you sign it off

What is wrong with this section right now.

Written down rather than discovered later.

Seven of the eleven are agent-only or internal, so a visitor sees almost nothing

Six agent tools and one internal deck. A recruit who is not signed can press four things. The door has to sell what is behind the wall without being able to open it - screenshots, counts, or a live demo on a call.

Agent Cave does not exist anywhere

It is in the tool list and there is no file for it on either site. Either it gets built or it comes off the list - right now it is a promise with nothing behind it.

The recruiting deck is the real pitch and it is marked internal

Ten exhibits run live on the real system. That is the thing that actually recruits. Marked house-only, so it never appears - which means the deck gets shown in a meeting and the door does the job badly on its own.

Agent Leaderboard is on this door and on Sell

Same tool, two jobs: proving to a seller we outsell their other choice, and proving to a recruit we outsell their current brokerage. Decide which door owns it before both describe it differently.

The number that gates all of this has not been set

The offer is ‘hit the number and the tools are yours for this year and next’ — and the number is blank. Volume, closed sides or gross commission, and the figure itself. Nothing on this door can go live until that is written down, because every other sentence depends on it.

‘Do not tell us your idea’ is right, and it reads badly cold

The reasoning is sound — 84 tools in production, and an overlap becoming a claim helps nobody. But a recruit meeting that sentence before they have seen a single tool hears a warning, not an offer. It belongs after the generous part, phrased as protecting both sides, and it should never be the first thing on the screen.

An exclusivity and IP agreement is not something a web page can do

Exclusive representation, a commission split and an assignment of everything an agent asks for are the three clauses most likely to be fought over later. The door can describe them; the agreement has to say them, and somebody qualified has to have read it first.

The clock has two edges that are not defined yet

Hit it in February and you hold the tools through the end of the following year — that part is clear. What is not: whether a new agent gets a runway year before the clock starts at all, and whether losing access takes back the custom tool that was built for that agent specifically. Both will come up in the first month.
