The odd one out: the tool inventory assigns this door zero tools. It is not a product door, it is the proof door - where somebody who doubts the numbers goes to check them, and where search engines find us. Everything on it is borrowed from elsewhere or is writing.
Every number on this site claims to come from a record. This is where that claim gets tested.
The chain from a public record to the figure printed on a page, with the method shown - without naming the supplier.
/research/lineageBorrows the data-lineage page, still on REmined. The moat rule means showing the method and not the vendor - needs Dan's call on wording.
An honest answer to 'do you cover my county', instead of a claim.
County by county, table by table: what is loaded, how complete it is, and what is missing.
/research/coverageCoverage page exists on REmined. This is the page that stops a tool silently working in one county and dying in every other.
Publishing our own misses is the most persuasive thing on the site, and nobody else will do it.
Real homes out of our own data, graded against what they actually sold for - including the ones we got wrong.
/research/where-we-were-wrongTruth audit plus the value study already linked from Listings. One page, not two.
The part a stranger finds on a search engine before they have any intention of hiring anyone.
Monthly prices, rents, what is selling and who is moving in, kept as an archive rather than replaced each month.
/research/reportsShares Market Pulse with the Relocate door. Decide which owns it; the archive probably belongs here and the current month there.
Written down rather than discovered later.
Every other door has a tool list. This one has none, which means either it is a writing job or it borrows from the other seven. It cannot be planned the same way as the others and should not pretend to be.
Data lineage, coverage and the truth audit are real pages on REmined today, none of them copied across. Those three ARE this door - they show where every number comes from, which counties we actually hold, and where our own robot got it wrong.
The standing rule is never to name the data supplier on a public page. A research door that proves provenance has to show the method without naming the source. That tension needs settling before a word is written.
The market reports, the seasonality board and the tax explainers are the things that get found by someone not looking for an agent. If growth is the goal, this door matters more than its zero-tool count suggests.
