About these numbers. Compiled June 11, 2026 — sold prices preferred over list, each figure labeled — from Redfin, Zillow, Apartments.com, RentCafe, Homes.com and Movoto. Many are small, low-volume luxury markets where one sale can swing a monthly “median” by millions — so treat every figure as a directional range, not a quote. Several communities (Indian Creek, Golden Beach, Highland Lakes, Sky Lake, Oak Ridge) are single-family only and have no real condo market; Sunny Isles is the reverse — high-rise condos only. A “—” under $/sq ft means we have not pinned a reliable figure for that neighborhood yet. We confirm live pricing on any specific home before you act.
