Lien Check (what is recorded against a property)

Type an address. We pull the owner off the county roll, then search the county clerk's official records for mortgages, judgments, HOA and contractor liens, tax liens and foreclosure filings — and show which ones look paid off. Separately we show the pre-lien signals we already track ourselves: code violations, unpaid property tax, and scheduled auctions.
